Once your application is received we contact you to begin your search. Each family has their own specific one-point-of-contact at our office throughout your search.

Candidates are introduced with full resumes and verbal discussion and in-home interviews which are set for you at your convenience.
Every family has their own definition of what a “successful nanny” means to them. Our method discovers a ‘day-in-the life’ of each family and pinpoints the specifics and objectives that will make your nanny hire successful.
Absolute Best Care has developed and utilizes its own 5-step screening process to ensure each one of our nannies, baby nurses, housekeepers and babysitters are the absolute professional people for our families.
The phone screen is the first step and we get calls from candidates wanting to join us all day long. We are only looking for the BEST and the phone screen is crucial as this eliminates nearly 75% of the people that actually call us to look for work as a caregiver.
We then invite each caregiver into the office and they complete a detailed written application that covers everything from their work experience to their personal information and age appropriate experience right down to their likes, dislikes, hobbies and more.
There are two rounds of face- to-face interviews and one of the owners always conducts a one-on-one final interview.
Our reference checks are the next step and we make the phone calls to the caregiver’s previous employers not only to verify, but to get exact detail of previous employment so we can evaluate their past performance and find a family where both parties can succeed.
Our final step is complete and full criminal background checks. This includes full court criminal checks (not database searches), Social Security Traces, DMV check and Sex Offender registry.
