We also make sure that each nanny candidate has a clear understanding of the hours, responsibilities and weekly compensation before attending family interviews. A successful placement is based on two important factors; Developing a schedule with specific duties for the Nanny to follow and ensuring that the Nanny's salary is commensurate with the workload. Absolute Best Care will assist you to determine these requirements which will greatly increase your success rate, make your placement run smoothly and ensure longevity with your caregiver.
