Our goal is to match families with caregivers that are qualified, capable, warm, loving and sensitive to the needs of children and seniors.
Absolute Best Care offers the most comprehensive Baby Nurse Certificate Training class including Infant CPR in the industry. We have partnered with an Award Winning Hospital to have Hospital RN’s teach a complete Newborn Care Training Program. Upon completion of this course you will receive your Baby Nurse Certificate plus a 2-year American Heart Association Infant CPR card. Call now to register for our next class!
We make every effort to place caregivers with families according to shared interests, leading to mutual satisfaction and positive long lasting placements. We strive to place our caregivers in homes where they can become "part of the family." We truly understand the rewards of this profession and work hard to give our caregivers the ability to gain the satisfaction of knowing that they made a difference in someone’s life.
To be considered for placement with us, you must meet the following requirements:
• 18 years or older.
• Legally able to work in the U.S.
• Speak English.
• Possess at least three (3) years experience for child care and companion placements and one (1) year experience for housekeeping placements.
• Full-time live in placements must be willing to commit to one (1) year with a family.
• Have a clean driving record (if you drive).
• Have at least two (2) references with one (1) in writing.
• Pass background checks.

What do I need to do to get started?

The following information is also needed along with your application:
• Recent photo of yourself for our records (if you do not have one, we will take one of you when we meet).
• Copy of your driver’s license or ID card.
• Proof that you are legally able to work in the U.S.
• Copies of any certifications that you obtained (CPR, First Aid, Baby Nurse Certificate, Home Health Aid Certification, etc.).
Once we receive your application, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview which will lead to an in-person meeting. We must meet all candidates and check references prior to sending them on family interviews or placing them in any positions.
